Lenny Kravitz
I had a really amazing time this last Thursday despite the bombing attempts. I went to see Lenny Kravitz in concert! A doctor in my building had spare tickets and I went with Ronny and another co-worker. We had a blast!
It was overshadowed by the next day when they shot a man dead in a tube station after police told him to halt and he didnt. They are saying he is directly linked with the bombings on the 7th. They have arrested 3 men (I believe) but released two. I hope they find these people. I mean I know things will not get better in this system but when something you take everday day as mundane as the train is affected, its hard to deal with. I didnt go to work on Friday and today was terrified taking the train into the city. Ronny had a meeting to go to and instead of worrying about him all day I decided to come in with him. However, I had a hard time not panicing when we went underground and the only thing stopping me from having a panic attack was praying. I didnt think it would affect me this much. I hope I get better with dealing with it cause its not going to go away. I am getting work closer to home. Dont think I can do the trains anymore.
